I am Zelda Harding of Zelda’s Hair Clinic. Recently, I went to Florence, Italy, to learn how to use a polarized light microscope to better service the hair loss community. The first training session introduced the polarized light microscope.
When my hair was analyzed using the polarized light microscope, it showed the strength of my hair, that I have been under tremendous stress for the last two years, and that I haven’t been sleeping well. You can click a link to get the recording of my hair analysis.
I will attend the second session in July to learn what the polarized light microscope can reveal. I am anxious to share my discoveries. I will keep you posted!
Now, if you are under much stress, deep breathing may help. Breathe through your nose for a count of 4, then let it out through your mouth with a count of 6. Count at a pace that is comfortable for you.

If you are having trouble sleeping, try the following:
- Be consistent with sleep and wake time.
- Do not use any device that emits blue light 1 hour before bedtime.
- Do not eat any heavy meals within 2 hours of sleep.
